A case in San Francisco involving charges of options backdating, with Stephen Neal and Neal Stephens of Cooley Godward Kronish. Mr. Roberts was the former General Counsel of McAfee and was acquitted of the charges.

A case in El Paso, Texas involving charges of immigration, with Arturo Hernandez. The case was ultimately dismissed by the Court.

United States of America v. Santiago Alvarez and Osvaldo Mitat

A case in Ft. Lauderdale, FL involving charges of possession of firearms, with Robert Josefsberg, Kendall Coffey, Peter Prieto, Ben Kuehne and Arturo Hernandez. The case was ultimately resolved with a plea by the defendants.

United States of America v. Martin Bradley, et al.

A two month case in Savannah, Georgia involving charges against eight defendants of conspiracy to defraud Medicare, among other charges, with Roy Black, Hy Shapiro, Scott Srebnick, David Markus, and Nathan Diamond. All but three of the defendants were acquitted.

United States of America v. Scott Sullivan

A case involving charges of conspiracy to defraud, among other charges, with Roy Black and Irvin Nathan. The defendant ultimately plead guilty to a single count.

A case involving charges of conspiracy to import and conspiracy to possess cocaine, with Roy Black and Howard Srebnick. Mr. Ochoa was found guilty and the case is currently on appeal.
